Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. Halfgreen capsicum and red
  3. 2carrots diced
  4. 2 tablespoonsoil

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a hot cooking pan add the oil.

  2. 2

    Add the carrots and let it slightly cook.

  3. 3

    Add in your capsicums and continue cooking

  4. 4

    Add in the rice and stir.

  5. 5

    Add enough water to cook your rice.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves
