  1. 200 gmChickpeas soaked & boiled
  2. 1/2 cupPaneer grated
  3. 1/2 cupBoil & mashed potato
  4. 2Chilli green
  5. 1Ginger
  6. 1 tspFried onions
  7. 1Onion chopped
  8. 1 TspMint leaves
  9. 2 TspCoriander leaves
  10. 1 tspCumim seeds
  11. 2 tspRoasted coriander powder
  12. 2 tspChaat masala
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 2 tspPomegranate's powder
  15. 2 tspMalai
  16. 4 tspLime juice
  17. 1 tspDry rose petals
  18. 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  19. Ass neededOil for frying

Steps

10 miniute
  1. 1

    In a mixture jar add chickpeas,cumin,ginger, chilli, garlic,Fried onions, rose petals,griend them.

  2. 2

    Take it out in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add potato, paneer,malai,mint & coriander Leaves,salt,chaat masala, pomegranate's powder, coriander powder, lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Mix it well.

  5. 5

    Make medium size balls flatten it.

  6. 6

    Heat the pan.sprinkle oil.put all prepared kebab on it.

  7. 7

    Fry.it till golden.

  8. 8

    Remove it from the flame.

  9. 9

    Serve it hot with onion rings & green chutney.
