Chickpeas & paneer ke kebab

In a mixture jar add chickpeas,cumin,ginger, chilli, garlic,Fried onions, rose petals,griend them.

Take it out in a bowl.

Add potato, paneer,malai,mint & coriander Leaves,salt,chaat masala, pomegranate's powder, coriander powder, lemon juice.

Mix it well.

Make medium size balls flatten it.

Heat the pan.sprinkle oil.put all prepared kebab on it.

Fry.it till golden.

Remove it from the flame.

Serve it hot with onion rings & green chutney.
