Steps

Take the chicken and make slits on it

Apply lemon juice and salt and marinate

Grind the onion, tomatoes, green chillies, mint and coriander to a thick paste

Add sugar to the paste

Now marinate the chicken with the grinned paste

Take apan and add ghee and fry the chicken on high flame for 5 mins

Lower the flame and cover and cook till the chicken is cooked

Dry the entire gravy

Add kasuri methi

Serve hot with chutney and tandoori roti
