Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  2. 1 cupcooked rice
  3. 1 cupchopped capsicum
  4. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  5. 2green Chillies
  6. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp aamchur
  9. 1 tsp chole masala
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. As needed chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai and saute jeera and chillies in it.

    Add chopped capsicum and tomatoes and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Add Chilli powder, turmeric, aamchur and mix well while adding water.

  4. 4

    Then add boiled chickpeas and combine everything well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve Sabzi with cooked rice.
