Ingredients

20 minutes
4 person
  1. 1 cupWheat flour,
  2. 1/2 cupBajra flour,
  3. 2 tbsp Besan,
  4. 1 cupMethi leaves chopped,
  5. 1/2 cupgrated Carrots,
  6. 1/2 cupCurd (dahi),
  7. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped,
  8. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds,
  9. 2 tspsugar (optional),
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi powder,
  11. 1 tspRed chilli powder,
  12. 1 tspcoriander & cumin powder,
  13. 1 tspGinger, garlic, green chilli paste,
  14. to tasteSalt to taste,
  15. as neededOil as
  16. For topping
  17. 1/2 cupcurd
  18. 1/4 cupCheese spread
  19. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves/basil/parsley chopped finely,
  20. 1/4 cupCabbage shredded,
  21. 1/4 cupshredded Capcicum,
  22. 1/4 cupshredded Carrot,
  23. to tasteSalt&Pepper
  24. as neededRed chilli flakes & Oregano as required,
  25. 2 tbspGrated cheese

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil.

  2. 2

    And add enough water to make soft dough.

  3. 3

    Rest the dough for ten minutes.

  4. 4

    Roll out small portion of dough in to chapatties.

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa and cook the thepla constantly brushing with oil till light brown spot appear on both sides.

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients for topping.

  7. 7

    Take one thepla and spread topping it evenly all over and spread grated cheese.

  8. 8

    Fold roll it up tightly and heat on tava for two minutes.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle cheese and serve with curd raita.
