First wash and soak daal for 2 hours.

For making tomato salsa first prick the tomato and roast on flame. Now roast half capsicum also. Now remove the skin of tomato and capsicum. Now chop both finally. Now finally chop half onion. Chop some jalapeno. Now mix onion, tomato, capsicum, jelapeno, mixed herb, salt, green chilli, 1 tbsp lemon juice, coriander.

For roasted corn salsa first roast corn in a pan with salt. Now add half onion chopped, coriander leaves, green chilli, jalapeno, salt, mixed herb and lemon juice. Mix well.

For Mexican cheese sauce heat butter and add garlic. Now add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Now add maida and fry. Finally add milk and cheese slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add salt and black pepper.

Now grind the dal.

Now make wrap of the dal.

Now paneer cut in fingers shape and also fry with mixed herb.

Now put wrap on a flat surface. First spread cheese sauce, then paneer, corn salsa, tomato salsa and onion.

Now add tomato sauce, mixed herb and chilli flakes.

Now roll it and cut into two piece. Serve with nachoes, cheese sauce and salsa.
