Mix flour, suji and baking soda. With the help of little water, make a stiff dough.

Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

Roll like puri and fry on medium heat. They will puff up.

Keep them in open to make them crispy.

Prepare the filling while serving only. Mix sprouts, potato, paneer, and pomegranate.Add salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder

Break rajkachori from top with finger and put the filling at the bottom. Now add sweet and salty curd, sweet and tangy chutney and green chutney.

Now put some more sprouts, pieces of papdi, and pomegranate.

On the top decorate with curd, chutney, sev, pieces of papdi, and coriander leaves.
