Ingredients

10 minutes
4 rajkachori
  1. For rajkachori-
  2. 1/2 cupsooji (semolina)
  3. 1 tbspwhole wheat flour
  4. pinchbaking soda
  5. For fryingoil
  6. For filling-
  7. 1 cupboiled sprouts of moong
  8. 1boiled potato(small pieces)
  9. 1/2 cupsweet curd
  10. as neededpaneer cubes
  11. 2 tbspsweet and tangy chutney
  12. 1 tbspgreen chutney of mint
  13. As neededpomegranate seeds
  14. For garnishingsev,papdi and coriander
  15. As requiredblack salt,red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour, suji and baking soda. With the help of little water, make a stiff dough.

  2. 2

    Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll like puri and fry on medium heat. They will puff up.

  4. 4

    Keep them in open to make them crispy.

  5. 5

    Prepare the filling while serving only. Mix sprouts, potato, paneer, and pomegranate.Add salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder

  6. 6

    Break rajkachori from top with finger and put the filling at the bottom. Now add sweet and salty curd, sweet and tangy chutney and green chutney.

  7. 7

    Now put some more sprouts, pieces of papdi, and pomegranate.

  8. 8

    On the top decorate with curd, chutney, sev, pieces of papdi, and coriander leaves.
