Steps

Take a brinjal roast at gas stove.

After roast peel and mash the brinjal.

Then chop onion,add peas mix well.

Take a wok add oil,when oil gets heat add onion,green chilli and peas saute then add all masala and tomato puree saute for 5 minutes.

Then add mashed brinjal and cook for 10 minutes at slow heat.

After brinjal gets cooked add paneer cubes mix well.

Garnish with green coriander and serve with simple parantha.
