Chop into tiny pieces.
Wash spinach thoroughly and drain excess water. - 2
Boil it in a pan with a cup of water.

Add oil in a kadai. Add Zeera, onion. Fry for 2-3 min. Add Ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.

Now add all the remaining spices except spinach. Add half cup water
Cook for until oil comes up. - 5
Now add the boiled spinach in it and cook on medium heat for 5 mins.

Garnish with butter and enjoy with roti or nan.
