Ingredients

  1. 1 kghilsa fish cut into pieces
  2. 2brinjals cut into long slices
  3. 3-4slitted green chillies
  4. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspnigella seeds
  7. To tastesalt
  8. As neededmustard oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Marinated the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and shallow fry the fish,keep aside

  3. 3

    Now temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add brinjals and saute adding red chilli Powder,salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add water and boil the curry

  6. 6

    Now add the fish pieces and bring it to boil

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
