For marination, add all ingredients and mix it well.

Add brinjal, onion and capsicum in marination and mix it. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat grill pan, put brinjal, capsicum and onion. Add 1 tbsp ghee and grill it both sides.

Sprinkle chaat masala on it and arrange it on toothpicks and serve it with chutney or tomato sauce.
