I just love the simplicity and the taste and it's also fast t prepare.
Steps

In a double boiler melt the chocolate.

Whip the egg whites while adding sugar bit by bit till fluffy

. In the egg york add some lemon zest to add some flavour.Then add it in the chocolate

Fold in the chocolate in the egg whites, do not use mixer.

When well incorporated pour in desserts cups and place in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes.

Then whip the cream till firm and garnish to your desired design.

Serve while chilled
