Steps

Knead a dough with salt water and oil,rest for a while

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masala

As they crackle add the ginger paste and saute well

Now add all the masalas and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add coconut and mix well adding sugar

Pour the daal and allow it to boilqdd nuts and raisins and remove from heat
- 7
Now take small portion of the dough and roll into small puri
- 8
Deep fry and serve with daal
