2large tomatoes pureed
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder half
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add temper cumin seeds and red chilli
2

Add tomato puree and saute adding salt and turmeric powder and sugar
3

Add paneer cubes soaked in warm water and salt
4

Boil it and sprinkle garam masala powder and black pepper powder
5

Serve with rice or chapati
