Gluten free, sugar free and dairy free!
Steps

Sift and combine all dry ingredients and stir

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and sweetener. I used liquid sweetener but you could also use honey or agave. About 2 tablespoons depending on how sweet you want them to be.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth
- 4
Heat a non-stick frying pan (or you can use non-stick spray) and add a little bit of oil
- 5
Spoon small amounts of batter into the frying pan and let cook until golden brown. flip and repeat on other side
