Ingredients

  1. 8eggs
  2. mayonnaise
  3. to tasteparsley
  4. to tastecurry powder
  5. to tastesalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Hard boil eggs.

  2. 2

    Peel eggs.
    Slice in half.

  3. 3

    In a container put the hard boiled yolks only mash with a fork add in enough mayonnaise so the mixture is smooth but not runny.
    Add in parsley, salt & pepper, and curry powder to taste.

  4. 4

    Spoon mix into a piping bag or sandwich bag slightly snip one corner and pip mix back into egg white.
