Ingredients

  1. Bean sprouts
  2. Mushroom patties (or substitute with shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced and sautéed with fried shallots)
  3. Assorted fresh herbs and greens of your choice
  4. Shallots
  5. Peanuts
  6. Dressing: Carrot, garlic, soy sauce, seasoning, black pepper, sugar, vinegar, chili, hot water
  7. Cucumber
  8. Rice vermicelli noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the garlic and stir-fry the bean sprouts. Season lightly, as the dressing will add more flavor.

  2. 2

    Fry the shallots until fragrant and golden.

  3. 3

    Roast the peanuts until aromatic, then crush them.

  4. 4

    Wash the fresh herbs and greens thoroughly. Soak in salted water, rinse with filtered water, and drain well.

  5. 5

    For the dressing: Boil water and add all the listed ingredients. Slice the carrot and add it to the dressing.

  6. 6

    Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and enjoy!
