In a mixing bowl add maida, salt, oil and instant yeast.

Knead a soft dough,cover and keep aside for 2 hours to get double.

Boil chicken with salt, Green chilli paste, and ginger garlic paste.

If chicken is boiled then shred it.

In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions saute till light brown.

Add, salt, spices, tomato and cook until soft.

Add boiled and shredded chicken, mix well,cook for 5 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool.

Our dough has been puffed up, punch again and take medium sized ball, roll in medium roti.

Heat tawa and cook roti on both sides, make all rotis like this.

I have used homemade mayonnaise

Now take one roti, apply mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of chicken, onion, carrot, sprinkle oregano,some chilli flakes and fold.

Serve immediately.
