Break off the slices with hands and crumble them in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients into this and mix well.

Make sure the batter should not be very smooth, keep it aside for resting for 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add batter and spread it across the pan in the shape of a round omlette. It could not be big for then it could break.

Cook on slow heat on both sides until crisp or fold it into half moon shape. Stuffing of cheese can be added inside.

Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
