200 Gmshung curd
1-2 tbsproasted besan
2 tbsp nuts powder
1 tspcardamom powder
salt as par taste
1 tsp birasta
1/2 tspgrated ginger
1 tsp coriander stems
oil for fry
as neededcorn flour for coating

First take a hung curd and add roasted besan sugar birasta choppchilli cloves elaichi powder nuts powder salt mix well.

Now make a balls and coat in a cornflour and shellow fry..
