Steps

Take boiled soya beans, garlic cloves and green chillies in mixer jar and coarsely grind it (not to make fine paste)

Now transfer this mixture in deep bowl,add already cooked quinoa and egg in it

Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves,chopped correinder and black olives in it and mix well nicely

Make equal size patties for this mixture and greased the patties with oil

Now bake the patties in preheated oven at 180* to 190* or till done
- 6
Now healthy and power packed and full of protein,Quinoa and Soya Sandwich Patties is ready to serve

Serve thus with brown bread,tomato and onion and tomato slice and with tomato sauce for more taste
