Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked quinoa
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked and boiled soya beans
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 3-4garlic cloves
  5. 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  6. 6-8 leavesfresh basil
  7. 1/2 tspmixed herb
  8. 1/2 tsporegano
  9. 1 tbspchopped black olives
  10. 1 tbspfresh corriender leaves chopped
  11. 1egg
  12. 1onion chopped
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tspOil for greasing patties
  15. 1tomato slice for serving
  16. 8bread slice for serving

Steps

Pre-10,Cook-20m
  1. 1

    Take boiled soya beans, garlic cloves and green chillies in mixer jar and coarsely grind it (not to make fine paste)

  2. 2

    Now transfer this mixture in deep bowl,add already cooked quinoa and egg in it

  3. 3

    Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves,chopped correinder and black olives in it and mix well nicely

  4. 4

    Make equal size patties for this mixture and greased the patties with oil

  5. 5

    Now bake the patties in preheated oven at 180* to 190* or till done

  6. 6

    Now healthy and power packed and full of protein,Quinoa and Soya Sandwich Patties is ready to serve

  7. 7

    Serve thus with brown bread,tomato and onion and tomato slice and with tomato sauce for more taste
