Chop the onion and tomatoes.

.Heat the oil in pan and put the cumin seeds to crackle.

. Then add the chopped onion.

Saute till brown.

Add tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and cook it in medium flame approx 4-5 mins

Add 1 cup water and simmer for 15-20 minutes

Break the egg and drop into the gravy and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.

Serve hot with fresh coriander leaves.
