Steps

Take ghee in a kadai and add the ghee and the 2 onions that are sliced

Add the finely chopped green garlic and stir

Add the eggs and sat and pepper and stir vigorously

Till the entire Bhurji is cooked, keep stirring

Remove in a plate.

In the same kadai add little ghee and add the other 2 onions and add the sugar and caramelise it till golden

Take the burger buns and slit them into two and slightly roast them on tawa

On the bottom layer put the bhurji

Add the caramelised onions on top

Add few fresh basil leaves

Add the tomato slice

Add the cheese slice and cover with the other half of the bun

Green garlic gives an amazing flavour. If it's not in season then add finely chopped ginger
