1. Make the dough with the wheat flour and other ingredients.
2. Make parathas and keep them ready.
3. For paneer stuffing, take Oil in a pan add onion and saute. Add all dry masalas. Add paneer salt and make a dry stuffing. - 2
4. Once cool add ketchup and mayonnaise to it.
5. Now add the stuffing to the parathas and serve hot. - 3
6. Becauseof the ketchup and mayonnaise it's saucy so we need no dips along this roll
