Steps

First we need hard boiled eggs

Now let us fry these boiled eggs in a pan add oil and heat it

Then add red chilli powder +turmeric powder+ coriander powder+pinch of salt and egg fry them till golden brown

Heat oil then add cloves+cardamom+cinnamon stick+cumin seeds saute for few seconds

Then add chopped onion saute till it turns golden brown

Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till smell disappear

Add green chilli chopped and stir

Now add red chilli powder+turmeric powder+coriander powder+cumin powder+garam masala+black pepper powder and saute well

Add roughly tomatoes cook them till tomato become smooth

Add cashew powder of and mix well.

Add a cup of water and when it fried eggs coriander leaves and fenugreek leave and stir..Add salt to taste

Cook till oil appears or sides

Now your egg masala is ready to serve to roti rice etc
