4potato diced
500cauliflower cut into small pieces
4 tsponion paste
4 tsptomato paste
to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala

Heat oil in a kadhai, fried all potato and cauliflower pieces and keep into tissue paper.

Heat a pan add onion paste, tomato paste saktey till light brown.add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and add fried potato, cauliflower mix well.

Serve hot.
