Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°c.Grease the baking tin.

Mix the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and set aside.

Separate the egg yorks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites using a mixer till it looks like this picture.

Add the egg yorks while still beating the egg whites.

Add sugar gradually while still beating the mixture.
- 6
Fold in the sifted flour in one direction and pour into the baking tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

Let the cake cool and then decorate as desired with the whipping cream,chocolate and strawberries.
