Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2ripe bananas
  2. 1/2 bowlPumpkin seeds soaked in water
  3. 1 teaspoonwater Melon seeds
  4. 1ripe mango medium peeled, deseeded and chopped
  5. 1 cupalmond milk
  6. 1 tablespoonhoney
  7. 1 cupice cubes
  8. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  9. 1 teaspoonpumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds for the garnish

Steps

    Soak pumpkin seeds in water for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Peel and chop the bananas and mango

  3. 3

    Add chopped fruits in a blender and add soaked pumpkin seeds, water melon seeds, nut meg powder, almond milk, honey and ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Blend well, until you get a smooth mixture.

  5. 5

    Delicious and healthy banana pumpkin seeds, mango smoothie is ready.

  6. 6

    Pour into chilled serving glasses, and garnish with pumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds.
