Wash and Peel off the skin of mangoes.cut into pieces. Now take a bowl add two spoon oil 2 spoons salt 1 spoon red chilli powder 1/2spoon haldi and mix well. Keep in sun for two hours Jhatpat achar is ready to eat, Tadaaaaaaa

Eat it with any thing.. Rice chapati. It is tangy in taste. Just yummmmmyyy

Store it in fridge after two days. It gets spoiled easily.
