Steps

Peel the skin of raw banana and cut slightly thick round slices.

Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan and add raw banana slices.

Add salt, mix it, cover with lid and allow it to cook.

When it almost cooked add 1 teaspoon cornflour and stir well and cook till slightly golden brown and crisp.

Keep aside.

In other pan heat oil.

Add crushed garlic cloves and ginger paste.

Add chopped green chillies, onion and capsicum. Saute for sometimes.

Add salt, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.

Add cornflour slurry and approximate 3/4 cup water. Stir well till gravy becomes thick or till get desired consistency.

Add honey, cooked bananas and sesame seeds. Mix well and enjoy hot.
