Steps

Peel of the skin of the banana and cut medium sized pieces.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and Whole Jeera,pinch of Hing and add Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste to the oil.

Now add the Tomato Puree to the oil aswell as Turmeric Powder,red Chilli Powder,Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Freshly grated coconut and mix it nicely.

Cook till the oil rise.

Now add the medium sized pieces of banana to this gravy and mix well.

Add little water and mix it well.

Cover the lid and cook for 2-5 minutes.

Now add Peanut Powder and Roasted Chana Flour and mix it nicely.

Don't overcook it as bananas don't take longer than 5 minutes to cook.

Garnish with Fresh Coriander and Freshly Grated coconut

Now your delicious Banana Curry is ready.You can serve it with Roti,Paratha or Rice.
