Mix all above ingredients in to a bowl make a dough, little tight.keep it aside for 30 minute.

Now divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Roll a big thin chapati and cut round shape small roti size if puchna with cookie cutter.

Take a wet cloth and and keep all small puchna on this cloth also cover with wet cloth.

Keep it for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadhai deep fry all phuchka serve with boil potato and tamarind phuchka water.
