Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy

Break the egg, whisk and add to the butter

Cream everything together

Add the baking powder and baking soda to the flour. Add the flour mix to the creamed butter gradually.

Add the mixed fruits

Add the half teaspoon browning and mix together.

Line cupcakes with liners

Add one and half tablespoon of the cake mix inside the cupcake pan.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20minutes

For the frosting, cream 70grams butter and 1 cup icing sugar. Add any colour.

Put the icing in a piping bag, using icing tip of your choice. Frost the cupcakes and decorate the top with coloured sugar Sprinkles.
