Ingredients

  • 1and half cup flour
  • Halfcup mixed fruits
  • Halfcup brown sugar
  • 100 gramsbutter
  • 1egg
  • Halfteaspoon browning
  • Halfteaspoon baking powder
  • Halfteaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonbutterscotch flavour
  • Halfcup mixed fruits
  • Halfcup mixed fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy

  2. 2

    Break the egg, whisk and add to the butter

  3. 3

    Cream everything together

  4. 4

    Add the baking powder and baking soda to the flour. Add the flour mix to the creamed butter gradually.

    Add the mixed fruits

  6. 6

    Add the half teaspoon browning and mix together.

  7. 7

    Line cupcakes with liners

  8. 8

    Add one and half tablespoon of the cake mix inside the cupcake pan.

  9. 9

    Bake in a preheated oven for 20minutes

  10. 10

    For the frosting, cream 70grams butter and 1 cup icing sugar. Add any colour.

  11. 11

    Put the icing in a piping bag, using icing tip of your choice. Frost the cupcakes and decorate the top with coloured sugar Sprinkles.
