Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and dry fruits into it till semolina starts releasing it's aroma.

Shift it in a bowl allow it cook them add sugar in the mixture and mix it.

Now make soft dough using all purpose flour and 3-4 tablespoon of semolina.

Now cut small pieces from the dough and roll it in shape of chapati.

Then spread semolina mixture in middle if it

Then start rolling it from one side to another and seal all the sides.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and deep fry those semolina rolls till it turns golden brown in colour.

Your semolina roll is ready.
