Sardine Toast
A great idea for a simple dinner.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and place the bread inside. The slice should be about 1/2 inch thick so it doesn't break. Toast for about 8 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and cover it with a layer of piquillo peppers. Add some mâche on top, then place the sardines and mozzarella cubes over it. Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze.

And it's ready!
