Chilli cottage cheese hearts in spinach carrot wraper

For making chhena /cottage cheese: Boil the milk then add lemon juice. When the milk curdles then switch off the flame. Strain the chhena from the whey and keep aside.

Add wheat flour, all purpose flour, chopped spinach and carrot, 1tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp salt and water to make a soft dough. Keep it cover for sometime.

Then with the chhena add 1tbsp maida, 1tbsp semolina, 1/2tbsp turmeric powder and 1/2tbsp chilli powder and mix it properly. Make different shapes of it and then dip fry in oil.

Make the chilli of these as usual by adding 2tbsp oil in a heated pan, add ginger garlic paste,chopped chilli, onions,capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, all the souces,salt and atlast add the chhena hearts. Switch off the flame.

Make paratha from the dough.

Add the prepared chhena chilli in it and make a roll. Serve hot with some salads.
