Take a boil add flour, salt, jeera and make a dough.

Rest dough for 1/2 hours.

In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, onion, paneer, roasted oats and all ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan add this mixture and roast it.

Make roti with the dough fill this mixture and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with sauce.
