Ingredients

  1. 8heaped tablespoons flour
  2. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  3. 1/2level teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2level teaspoon dry mustard
  5. 4heaped tablespoons margarine
  6. 2heaped tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  7. 1egg
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. dashpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, mustard and pepper.

  2. 2

    Rub in margarine until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Stir in cheese, milk and egg.

  4. 4

    Place mix into well greased muffin pan.

  5. 5

    Bake at 220° C for 15 to 20 minutes
