150 gramRaw moong dal washed and soaKed
1 tspginger paste
1 tspcumin seed
1-2slitted green chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper Cumin seeds and slitted green chilli

Add ginger paste,saute adding salt and turmeric powder
3

As the raw smell disappears add daal and mix
4

Cover it to boil adding water
5

Add sugar and mix well
6

Serve it with rice
