Soak the urad dal and rice separately in water for minimum 3hours. Then grind it in a mixer. Mix them properly. Keep it aside for 2hour for fermentation. Then add some salt to it and mix properly.

Prepare the potato stuffing. In a blender add 1/2tbsp cumin seeds,ginger,garlic, 2onions, cinnamon with little bit water and blend it probably.

Mash the potatoes properly. Add 2tbsp oil in a pan add 1/2tbsp cumin seeds to it followed by some chopped onion, prepared masala paste and other masala, salt and tomato. Then add the mashed potatoes and green peas.cook it for 10-15min in medium flame.

Prepare chutney by adding all the first seven ingredients in a blender and blend it. Then heat a spoon and add 1/2tbsp oil, punchfutan, dry chilli and curry leaves to it. After all the ingredients of punchfutan crackle add it to the chutney.

For preparing the net dosa pour the dosa batter to a bottle and make a small hole on the cover of the bottle.

Prepare the dosa on the dosa, add the potato stuffing with some chopped onion, carrot, beetroot, coriander leaves and make a proper roll of it and serve hot with the chutney.
