Steps

Heat oil in a pan to fry Soya chaap-
Add all pieces of chaap- one by one
Start turning sides after a minute
(keep flame medium or low)
Once it completely cooked and light brown take out in a Bowl
For marination the fry chaap add-1/2 cup of curd,1/4 tsp of chaat masala,2tsp butter,1/4tsp of red chilli powder,1/4 tsp of coriander powder, pinch of garam masala, pinch of salt and mix it well
And leave this merinated chaap for 20-25 min.
Now prepare the gravy. - 2
Heat oil roast all sabut masala's till it turns aromat
Furthermore,add onions and saute well the add tomatoes,green chilli,and ginger garlic puree
Now add chopped capsicum into it.
After 5minute add all spices
--salt to taste
--1/2tsp red chilli powder
--1/4tsp turmeric powder
--1/2tsp coriander powder
Mix spices well and cook for 2-3min untill oil separated
Now add 2tsp of curd
(Keep flame medium)
After few min.open the lid and add chaap- to the curry - 3
Now add chopped capsicum into it.
After 5minute add all spices
--salt to taste
--1/2tsp red chilli powder
--1/4tsp turmeric powder
--1/2tsp coriander powder
Mix spices well and cook for 2-3min untill oil separated
Now add 2tsp of curd
(Keep flame medium)
After few min.open the lid and add chaap- to the curry
Now add 2 -1/2cups of water and cover the lid again for 5-10min untill oil separated completely
(Keep flame medium)
Now open lid when oil separates and serve hot. - 4
Enjoy with Rumali Roti, parantha or naan.
