1 cupfried potatoes

In a bowl, take rice flour, salt, red chilli pow and water, mix it well with the help of spoon and heat the nonstick pan, spread the oil in the pan

And pour the batter and make chila, after 2 -3 minutes turn it and cook

In chila place the fried potatoes and roll it and serve it
