Ingredients

  • 2 largeBaingan (Brinjal)
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1Onion
  • 2Tomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp choppedGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast brinjal on low flame with all sides

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pen add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add garlic then onion, when onion get golden add 🍅 when it leave of the edges of the pen peeled roasted brinjal,

  4. 4

    Add all spices and continue stir it for minimum 5 to 10 minutes, off the gas and add coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Ready to serve with paratha or chapati
