First mix maida and corn flour with salt and make a dough. Keep it for 20 minutes.

Now first heat 1 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste. Then add onion and fry on high flame. Then add all veggies and fry on high flame.

Now add all spices and sauces. Mix properly. Filling is ready.

Now take a small ball of dough and roll it as thin you can. Now heat a griddle and cook sheets.

Now make all sheets like this.

Now add 1 tbsp maida with water and make a paste.

Now take one sheet and fill the filling in centre. Roll it and stick with maida paste.

Now heat oil and fry it.

Cut and serve with sehezwan sauce.
