Ingredients

paneer1-2cubes
  1. 150 gmsyam (ratalu)
  2. 1/2boiled potato
  3. 1 tsp peri peri masala
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1-2 tbarrowroot
  7. For Stuffing
  8. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  9. 1/2 cupcoriander mints leaves
  10. To tastesalt and chaat masala
  11. 1 tsp ginger chilli garlic paste
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 50 gmsPaneer
  14. 1-2 cubesprocess cheese
  15. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  16. 4-5 pc.toast crumbs
  17. 1 tsp peri peri masala
  18. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. as neededoil for fry
  20. to tasteKetchup

Steps

  1. 1

    First boiled yam in asteamer for 15mins. and peel the skin. Now grate yam and boiled pateto add peri peri masala red chilli powder salt and araa lot mix well if need water add 2-3tb.

    Now take boiled peas corriender mint ginger garlic chilli paste chaat masala and salt and crush.not smooth paste

  3. 3

    Now grate paneer cheese and add pinch salt and chilli flex mix well

  4. 4

    Now make a ball from yam mixture and roll like chapati and spread peas mixture. and spread paneer mixture and make a roll. seal properly and coat in a bread crumbs.

    Now deep fry till it turn in a golden brown colour.
