Cut of the stem part and cut the onion into half.

Make a long and thin slices. Separate the slices.

Add salt, coriander leaves & mix well.Rest the onion 15 min absorb the onion moisture.

In a bowl take a Besan.add rice flour, little salt,(your test according) turmeric powder, red chilli powder carom seeds, baking soda mix well.

Sprinkle dry flour over onion & mix well.The mixture should not be sticky.

After coating the onion well with dry flour Sprinkle water & mix well.

Heat a oil in a pan.Seprate the pakoda mixture &drop it in a hot oil. Do not make a pakoda we make them regularly.

Fry on medium heat until the golden brown colour all sides.

Onion pakode is ready. Serve hot.
