Take besan in a bowl add lal mirch baking soda chopped onion little bit half tsp zeera golmirch powder coriander leaves.and chopped green chilli.

Mix besan and dahi in a jar of mixer grider.

Take a karhai and put some oil and put 5 pcs methi dana and cooked for 1 minutes.And add chopped onions till the golden brown. Add haldi powder red chillies powder zeera golmirch powder and water and cooked 5 minutes.

Add mixture batter dahi and besan two full glass of water and cook at high flame.Stir till it boils.And cooked in low flame in1/2 hrs.

Take a another pot add oil and oil is hot add chopped onions chopped garlic green chilli dry red chilli.

Put all over the karhi. Garnish the coriander leaves.

Your karhi is ready.It serve steamed rice zeera rice or roti or naan.
