First take aboth besan in paraat and make a gap in middle. now pour hot 2tbghee 2 tbmilk and cover with sides besan and mix well. and press with fingures in paraat and rest it for 15mins.

Now take a sugar and waterfor chashni in pan approx 1/2glass and stir well and prepare 1.5taar chashni. add elaichi powder.

Now take a Alluminium pan and 1/2bowl ghee. now take a besan mixture and crumble with hands, and seive so u can get danedar texture. addin a pan and saute approx. 10mins. it turns in to golden colour. on slow flame add mava for richness and dry fruits powder mixwell now add chashni and stir well approx. 5-7mins mins.

Pour in greace thali and put in a fridge for 2 hours and cut with mould so u get perfect pieces.Garnish with kaju.
