Assemble all the required ingredients

Weigh the ingredients appropiately

Carefully sieve the flour and salt

Wash and chop the onions

Wash and grate the garlic

In a bowl,mix the flour and salt

Rub in the margarine into the flour mixture

In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast into the milk

Add in caster sugar

Add the milk mixture into the flour mixture

Knead the mixture into a smooth dough

Cover the dough with a damp cloth

Allow it to prove until double in size

Spread out carefully

Meanwhile,sweat the finely chopped onions and garlic

Add the chopped tomatoes to the onions and garlic

Add in tomato puree,oregano,basil and sugar to the pan containing the onions and tomatoes

Bring to boil for 5 minutes

Dilute the cornflour in little water

Add into the tomato mixture,stir carefully

Spread the tomato mixture onto the pizza discs

Then place the chopped chicken pieces ontop

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese

Bake immediately at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Remove it when done and let it cool
