Cut half of tomato in 4 round slices and rest in small pieces.

Cut half of the onion in 4 round slices, rest in small pieces

Cut cucumber in 4 round slices.

Mix gram flour with water in a bowl, add chopped onion and tomato. Mix well

Add salt and keep the batter in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle of mixture on it, cook it for 5 minutes from both side. Make 3 equal size chilla.

Now arrange the chilla over the plate and arrange the tomato, cucumber and onion along with amul cheese, like a burger.

Pour some, sweet curd, mint chutney and tamarind chutney on the sliced veg. Cover the vegetables with another chilla.

Garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds.
